Elias Martinez Jr.

Elias “Eli” Martinez Jr. passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the age of 86. He was born on December 17, 1936, in Baytown, Texas, and spent a life filled with love, compassion, and creativity.

Eli is survived by his children, Elias Martinez III, and Monica Cisne (Julio Cisne), his grandchildren, Christopher Martinez (Gina), Nicolas Martinez, and Carlos Cisne, his great grandchildren, Nathan Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Alec Martinez, and Eden Martinez. Eli was preceded in death by the love of his life, Natalia Palomo Martinez, whom he married and shared a lifetime of love and memories.

Eli found great joy in spending quality time with his family and was a dedicated member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Eli was always reliable and dependable; someone everyone could turn to who needed a helping hand.

One of Eli’s passions was capturing moments through photography and expressing his creativity by crafting various projects on his computer. He had a talent for bringing his visions to life.

Elias Martinez Jr. will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his loving nature and his kindness. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion and generosity that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace alongside his beloved wife, Natalia.
