Edward Scott, Jr. ("POP") was born in Beaumont, Texas on July 15,1951, to Marina Guillory Scott and Eddie Scott. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Scott Connor and parents. Left to cherish his memory is his sisters, Dianne Dancy and Jeanette Barrett (husband Gary), one niece Nikki Scott and three nephews, James and Andrew Pierson and Charles Ray "Bo" Scott, (aunt) Mabel Ruditt, (stepmother) Mildred Scott, and many cousins and other family members and friends. Special tribute to Yorick and Edna Guillory and Lillie Mae Porter for assisting in his upbringing and for having an impact on his life. "POP" graduated from Hebert High School in Beaumont, TX in 1971. He received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in his 30's, and truly loved The Lord. He did various jobs, and lived in The Heights Tower for 28 years. He loved driving his "scooter" all over Houston.
