Edward Ming Lee

Pastor Ed faithfully, humbly, and lovingly followed Jesus all his years and planted Mosaic Community Covenant Church (an Evangelical Covenant Church) with the mission to glorify God by transforming a diverse people into a united people that reaches all people for Christ.

Pastor Ed was passionate about biblically reconciling people to God and to one another by making disciples of all people, whether pastoring young lives or families, initiating city-wide youth and young adult camps, coaching older adults via Crescendo, mentoring young leaders, providing wisdom and insight into executive boards, leading multiple mission trips, planting multiple churches, or running into a burning van to save lives – the list is boundless.

At home, he delighted in spending time with his granddaughter Zoe, whether revealing his artistic talents in drawings, singing “For God So Loved the World,” or playing in the backyard adventure he and his wife created. He also enjoyed creating woodworking pieces and restoring antique furniture into masterpieces to connect with the Master Carpenter on his Sabbaths.

His legacy continues in the lives of everyone he touched, including his wife, family members and Mosaic people.
