We are so sorry for your loss. We will miss Ed and his ideas regarding geopolitics and its economic effects. We also enjoyed hearing the pride in his voice as he updated us on his boys lives.

I remember watching the Kaminski boys playing sandlot baseball in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, as kids. You could see then there was some professional blood there. Their mouths stuffed with chew (bubble gum), tapping their shoes with the bat with a spit and a walk up to the plate. Loved them!
Ed, say hi to Dauber and your mom and dad for all of us.

Ed was a very kind and hard working person, always ready to take a call and answer any question, patiently.   Sometimes our conversations would meander into other things, like faith.  I am so very thankful and blessed to have known Ed, and pray for healing and comfort for his family.   May his memory be eternal.

Ed has been my accountant for more than 20 years.  While we never saw each other socially I always considered him a friend.  I met with him several times during his illness and he never complained.  He was smart and he cared about his clients.  I don't know what I am going to do about my accounting.  Ed's shoes will be hard to fill.

Ed was a dedicated professional who was always seeking the right solution and always a pleasure to be around.   I greatly enjoyed working with him and I will miss him.   May Ed’s memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

I worked for Ed in the late 1980's. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and gave his best to every client.  I remember he drove a red Pontiac Fiero sports car, lugged an early version of a Macintosh portable computer and used Lotus 1-2-3.  He was brilliant, kind, a little bit silly and his best gal was a golden retriever named Shannon. Meeting Marie Brown changed him for the better and his two boys were the best thing that ever happened to him. He always talked about Zeb and Luke with pride and respect. My husband and I used Ed as our trusted CPA and advisor. He was also a dear friend, and we will really miss him.  I am so sorry for your loss; however, I have no doubt that Ed will remain nearby, as your Angel and Guide.  Love is Eternal.

Many professionals claim to be good at building relationships. Truth is that most don't t have a clue. Ed, however, was an interpersonal maestro -able to establish a supportive and trusting environment most can only envy.  Every year at tax time, Peggy and I would meet with Ed with the intention of leaving in a few minutes only to find us there for an hour or more. Every client mattered because every client was a person with unique needs and interests. He was indeed a friend.  
We know Ed's s family will hold onto those moments that will forever paint a portrait of the terrific man he was. And, in the hearts of those who knew him, always will be.

What a enormous space you have left Ed. You guided us through troubled waters ,and good times. We always felt consoled knowing you were by our side. 
Our deepest sorrow to Ed's family,at home and at work, we grieve with you. He touched peoples lives in a way that he lives on in our life. We will always be grateful to him, and we are grateful to you  for sharing him. Shanti,Shalom,Salam.

Dear Marie and Family, 

We are devastated to learn of Ed's passing on Saturday, although we were well aware of his health challenges over the last 2-3 years.   Although we haven't met, Ed and I have been friends and colleagues for 42 years.  I worked with him for much of this time in variety of business matters, but considered him a true friend.  This dates back to Ed puppy-sitting our Streudel #I in the mid 1980s to keep his first golden company.  In addition to his friendship I was blessed by his keen intellect and his commitment to his clients.  Our friendship wasn't even affected by his having been a Spartan while I was a Wolverine.  

Ed was very proud of his two children and often spoke about how they were developing in their careers.    This was a source of his pride and joy.

We are sorry for your loss.  He will be missed by many.

We are deeply sorry. Ed will be dearly missed. He was a unique combination of a great human being, a savvy business advisor and impecable accountant. I admit that he may be a better friend, father and husband.
