Eddie Ray Peters Sr.

Eddie R Peters Sr “Upchurch” was born in Houston Tx, on September 11, 1959 to parents, Edward L & Jimmie Mae Peters (precedes in death). As a young man, he opted to go attend Job Corp in San Marcos Tx, where he went on to graduate and later spent time working offshore. From there, he started a life that included three children, two daughters, Diasheka, Latanya (precedes in death), a son, Eddie R Peters Jr with his wife Patricia, who precedes him in death.

His hard work and dedication allowed him to flourish during his employment years. Eddie’s love for the news, fixing cars, & helping others often led him from a random conversation to an appointment for car repair or a new friend. He shared the importance of prayer and no matter what, it was he treasured more than anything.

Although, he left unexpectedly, Eddie’s life has impacted and changed those who love & know him.

Eddie is survived by his dad, Edward L. Peters of Houston Tx, children, daughter, Roshonda Walton of Conroe Tx, daughter, Diasheka Peters of Houston Tx, son, Eddie R Peters Jr of Houston Tx. Grandchildren: Shontavia, Dontavious, Jarvis, & Trinitee all of Conroe Tx, Daveon Peters & Zacharaias Peters both of Houston Tx, Siblings: Brothers, Charles Anthony Brown of Dallas, Victor Wayne Herbert Lee, Earl, & Tyrone all of Houston Tx, Sisters: Princess & Carolyn, both of Houston Tx along with a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, & friends.v
