He was born in Akron, Ohio on May 8, 1946. Duane graduated from Cypress Fairbanks High School in 1964. He was married to his high school sweetheart Darlene McGee Josephson for 59 years.
Duane's early career was as a computer operator at NASA and Gulf Oil. Later he became a successful, independent businessman for many years.
He had a passion for travel, history and motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife Darlene McGee Josephson, son Lee Josephson, grandchildren David and Jenna Josephson, and his brother Kim Josephson.
A visitation for Duane will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A committal service will occur Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
