Dorothy Fay Camp, 92, of Leander, Texas passed away on September 24, 2016.
She was born February 15, 1924 in Opelika, Texas to Thea Charles Owens and Addie Adline Owens.
Dorothy enjoyed fishing, cross stitching, and caring for her poodles. In addition, she was a member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years (East Gate, Park Place, and Pearland Chapters). She was also an active member of Forest Oaks Baptist Church in Houston.
She is preceded in death by husband, Earl C. Camp; her parents; and brother.
Dorothy is survived by her only child Bobby Earl Camp; daughter-in-law Carolyn Marie Camp; and only grandchild Tammy Leigh Camp.
Her funny wit and big smile will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 Noon, followed immediately by the Funeral services also at Forest Park Lawndale.
