MAY brings memories of the times we were all busy getting ready for Annual Conference held each year during Memorial Day weekend.   I think often about all those times at Annual Conference, Secretaries Retreats and working together at  The Methodist Center.  Truly a blessed time.

She inspired me to study the scripture's origins in the Holy Land. She inspired others as well.

Doris was a gracious and well versed in-home Holyland study hostess.  She always had a kind uplifting word to give to everyone.
She and Bob contributed much to our Sunday School class.
Rest in Peace sweet lady!

Doris was such a treasure!  I was honored to serve as her pastor for a season and learned from her faithfulness and joy   She and Bob were dedicated servants who loved God and neighbor well. Doris was such a gift to so many clergy in the district office   She was the kind face and gracious spirit. May she Rest In Peace and rise in glory. 

Deepest sympathy in the loss of Doris.  The effects of her ministry touched many lives and will continue for years to come.

Had many enjoyable working years and secretary retreats at Lakeview with Doris  when the District was located at The Methodist Center and I treasure each memory.

I worked through many Annual Conferences with Doris.    She was a committed Christian, dedicated to the United Methodist Church and friend to so many people.   She will be missed!

I am sadness to hear that Mrs. .Doris  passed away .She help me out in my pastoral area .We are praying for the family .No more pain ,no more doctors ,Keep your hand in God hand and we will see her again.
