Dora G. Campos

Dora (Gloria) Gil Campos, 82, of Houston, Texas passed into eternal rest on October 7, 2018. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 29, 1936. Dora married Lucio E. Campos in 1954. She worked in electronic assembly for the Telxon Corporation. Old westerns and gambling were her passions.

Left to cherish Dora's memories are: children: Jo Ann Heffelfinger and husband Barry, Diana Byrd; grandchildren: Seduaka Boyd, Michelle Yarborough, Angela Jo Heffelfinger, Amanda Lyn Ortiz; great-grandchildren: Elijah Maxwell Boyd, Ethan Thomas Boyd, Riley Scot Ortiz, Benjamin Elijah Ortiz, Caleb Noah Helm; siblings: Mary Alice Lozano, Johnny Gil. She was preceded in death by siblings Jose Gil and Adolph Gil.

Family will receive friends and family on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. for visitation in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m.
