Papa, you are going to be greatly missed, I love you so very much, but you are with your one true love which was my nanny. I remember the nose game you played , you would come home and I would say I thought you went to work , your not dirty cause I would climb in his lap every time. Your smile was always a million dollars.

Although we did not know Mr. Dagley for a long period of time, what we did come to know was that he was truly a kind person with a warm sweet smile.  We marveled at the wonderful long life he lived.  Our deepest condolences, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Donald Dagley was my father's uncle, but the two were close in age, 3 years apart, and they essentially grew up together. Uncle Donald was my dad's mentor and close friend, and he was a rock of a man--kind, affectionate, ethical, hard working, and generous. As a youth, I spent many Novembers with him at our deer camp near Centerville, where I listened to his stories, laughed at his jokes, and marveled at his joy of life. I have always had the highest regard for him and feel fortunate that our family included such a wonderful person.
