Dolores R. Gutierrez

Dolores Ramirez Gutierrez, 81 of Houston, was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 21, 1939 to Gaspar and Andrea Ramirez. She passed away on July 23, 2020, surrounded by her loving and caring family. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

Dolores was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend who loved all with no exceptions. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and shopping at her favorite store “Walmart”. We will miss her forever but are at peace knowing she is with our Lord and all that were waiting for her in Heaven.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband of 62 years, Pedro E. Gutierrez; children: Patricia Cipolla and husband David, Dolores Dixon and husband Rex, Pedro Gutierrez, Jr. and wife Lana, Fernando Gutierrez and wife Margaret, and Roger Gutierrez and wife Theresa; 13 grandchildren: Pedro Gutierrez, III, Christina Gutierrez, Fernando Gutierrez, Adam Gutierrez, Ashley Cipolla, Natalie Vu, Nicholas Gutierrez, Emily Sanchez, Jonathan Vu, Joshua Gutierrez, Lollie Dixon, Emma Grace Gutierrez and Ethan Gutierrez; 18 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Due to Covid-19 the family will be holding a celebration of life for Dolores at a later date.
