Devan Jhagroo

Devan "Anil" Jhagroo passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the age of 35. He was Born on August 27, 1977, in San Fernando, Trinidad to Koontie Nandlal and Devindra Jhagroo. He attended educational institutes of Debe Hindu School and Barrackpore Junior Secondary School. Devan moved to Houston, TX in 1996, where he worked as a State Inspector and later became a skilled Machinist. On August 27, 2004, he married Jessica Nicole Gutierrez in Las Vegas, Nevada. Devan will be remembered for his kind heart, patience, bright eyes and beautiful smile. Devan also carried so many other great characteristics and anyone who knew him knew he was one of a kind. Devan's time on earth was definetly too short but with him around there was never a dull moment. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends but will never be forgotten.

Devan is survived by his Mother Koontie Nandlal, Stepfather Supersad Ramnarine, Father Devindra Jhagroo and Stepmother Annie Jhagroo, Sister and Brother in Law Nalisa and Leeroy Arismendez, Sisters Krissy Laloo, and Kristal Laloo, Wife Jessica Jhagroo, Children Symrin Jhagroo, Devan Jr. Jhagroo, Preston Jhagroo, and stepson Brendan Garcia. He is also survived by Mother in Law Margie Reyes, Father in Law Felix Reyes and George Gutierrez, Nephews Arthur Jr. and Alexander, Nieces Ashley, Alexis, Arianna, Alaya, and Angelina.
