Debra “Deb” was born on March 10, 1967, to Estell Carpenter and Henry Carpenter in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Forest Brook High School in 1985. Before her illness, Debra enjoyed socializing with family and friends, reading, traveling, and enjoying life.
On Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10:40 a.m. CST, the Lord called Debra to take her rest at Methodist Hospital Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ronique Braxton. She leaves to cherish her memories, son Delvin, daughter Kiana, granddaughter Sanihya, mother Estell Carpenter, father Henry Carpenter, two brothers Ronald Carpenter (Meredith) and Kenneth Carpenter, two sisters Wanda Carpenter-Pleasant and Jacqueline Carpenter, aunts Mary Hayes, Shirley Golston (Natchitoches, LA), Ethel Clay, Ruby Randolph and Lora Carpenter, uncles Thomas Randolph, Jr., LeRoy Randolph and Frank Randolph; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a host of others that loved her dearly.
