Dawn Bernadette Lindblom was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 21, 1958 to Gordon and Carlette Lindblom. She grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated with honors from Stratford High School. She attended Texas Christian University on a clarinet scholarship where she was a member of the marching band. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1980. Her professional nursing career included working in the ER, ICU, dialysis unit, floor nurse, and private physician’s office.
Dawn was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sisters Mary Gindulis(Herb), Doris Bowes(Matthew), nieces Sarah Studebaker, Erin Barnhart, Carole Rashid, and nephew Noah Bowes.
Dawn was a longtime beloved nurse who was devoted to her patients and profession. She was an avid reader and lover of books. She was also a world traveler who was proud to say that she had visited every continent on the planet.
Dawn loved her cats and cherished the time she spent with her beloved friends. She will be remembered for her selfless giving, generosity and kindness. She will be missed.
