David was born in Baytown, Texas and moved to Houston, Texas in 1964 and passed Sunday, January 22, 2023.
Mr. Riley at his request, will be no formal funeral service. Interment will be at Abbey Mausoleum, Forest Park Lawndale to be private. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of their choice.
