David L. Lucas

David Lee Lucas, 78, passed away on June 2, 2017. He was born on January 22, 1939 in Houston, Texas. David was proud that he served in the U.S. Air Force. He will be missed dearly by: his children: Gary Lucas, Debbie Bedgood and husband Chris; siblings James Lucas & Marlene, Rose; grandchildren: Justin Bedgood, Allen Bedgood, Haylee Bedgood. David was preceded in death by his parents Fannie Louise Hutsen Lucas and Ralph Austin Lucas; son Danny Lee Lucas; brother John Austin Lucas and wife Gearldine Lee Lucas.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. in the Grand Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home.
