Daryl Jerome Henry

Daryl Jerome Henry, 62, of Houston, Texas, passed away on September 29, 2023, in Houston. He was born on September 30, 1960, in Houston, Texas. Daryl was a kind man with the will of a Titan. He loved his family and friends and had a kind heart. He had a passion for exotic cars and enjoyed dining at the finest restaurants.

Daryl is survived by his son, Andre Henry, his brother, DeJuan Henry, and his sisters, DeAndrea Henry, Rachelle Spears, and Cozette Henry. He also leaves behind his nephews, Michael Patterson, DeJuan Henry II, Decari Henry, Dominic Henry, Brandon Spears, Derrick Spears, Quinton Spears, and DeAire Henry, as well as his nieces, Toynika Henry Griffin, Kayla Henry, Daniel Henry, Desire Henry, and Corine Spears. Daryl was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Henry, his father, Gilbert Henry Jr., and his brother, Dwayne Henry.

Daryl attended Ross Sterling High School and went on to further his education at the University of Houston, the University of Idaho, and South Texas Law School. He had a successful career as an NFL player for the Los Angeles Rams and later became a sports agent, representing a client list that included Hall of Fame players.

Daryl worshipped at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church and Missouri City Church of Christ.

In his free time, Daryl loved to workout and was an avid runner. He also enjoyed hunting and was a cigar and bourbon enthusiast. Daryl had a passion for travel and explored various parts of the world.

A visitation for Daryl will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, located at 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088, followed by a funeral service from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
