Danny Lewis was born on November 19, 1939 in Epps, Louisiana to Joe Lewis and Margret Lewis. He was preceded in death by his wife, and son (Michael Lewis of Bremen Germany). At the age of 21 he moved to Beaumont Texas and married Barbara Lewis , they where married for 45 years. On February 15, 1998, he united with Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church where he served as a Door Greeter. In 2006 he moved to Houston Texas and attended services at the Mt. Zion MBC under Pastor George Gray He leaves to cherish his memories, His mother Margret Lewis, Two children ;Mary Buggs(Pastor Lucious) Houston Tx, Stella Balka(Gerry) Beaumont ,Tx. (Nine Grandchildren: Ashley Goodson, Larry Goodson Jr, Justin Balka, Jarred Buggs, Jaelyn Buggs, Jatavia Buggs, Jessica Lewis, Jennifer Lewis, and Andrew Lewis. (Four Great Grandchildren;Davion B.Goodson, LaDarien Goodson, Larry Goodson III , Landon Goodson. (Five brothers and Three sisters.) and a host of other relatives and friends.
