Cindy is survived by her siblings, Angela Boddie, Bonnie Boddie Kirkland, David Roy Boddie, Emily Boddie Lewis (Jeff), and Frances Boddie Floris; niece and nephews, Tina Battle (Don), Jason Kirkland, Will Blevins (Brandy) and Kyle Floris; and great niece and great nephews, Hannah Battle, Brad Battle, and Cooper Blevins.
Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Ritchie (Robert) Mitchell; parents, Roy Hansford Boddie and Irene Uptain Christian; and nephew, Victor Leroy Blevins, Jr.
Cindy was an avid owner of Dobermans and owned Appaloosa horses, which included participating in horse shows, competitions and rodeos. Her dedication and hard work with the Appaloosa horses resulted in Cindy winning show ribbons, trophies, belt buckles and awards, including events at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Cindy was a regular attendee and season ticket holder of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada, cherishing those memories with her husband Ritchie, family, friends, co-workers and business associates. Cindy’s love of horse racing inspired her to attend one Kentucky Derby.
Cindy was a Tax Supervisor with Miller Grossbard Advisors, LLP, employed for over 30 years, where she forged lifelong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Cindy invested her time and resources supporting many charitable causes throughout her lifetime.

There will be a party celebrating Cindy’s life (TBD). No other plans are scheduled.
