Pops was a good man and loved his family very much. When he wasn't helping someone, he was making them laugh. He will certainly be missed. May God bless each of you with great memories. We love you.

Although I never had the privilege of knowing you personally, I did know your son Mark most of my life.  I know that you where a great man cause only a great man could have helped raise a great son.  I'm deeply saddened by your early departure from this earth cause it reminds me of losing my dad way to early.  May the peace that passes all understanding be bestowed on your family and friends.  God bless and keep you.

Uncle Buddy I will miss you so very much. I always looked forward to you calls. They made me feel better and wonderful memories. I love you very much . I know you are in good company in heaven with Clo,Hurt,Sarah,Nell and Becky. So when I get there I know you will be there to greet me. Love you.

Mr. Martin three times I had the pleasure of talking to you and that was enough to see your kind heart and the love that you had for your family and your fellow men, you left us with and awesome feeling of meeting you, you will be missed. Although I haven't seen you lately I will never forget all the fun we had back in the day.  One of my favorites was when we all went to Biloxi on the casino bus and as we are on the way back going over the Alligator bridge, Ann was sitting up front and laughing with the bus driver and every time he would turn to tell another joke, the bus would get close to the water.  I was so glad to get off that bridge!  We had alot of good times and your humor always put a smile on my face.  We are gonna miss you Uncle Buddy!!  Mark, Curtis, Aunt Ann and family, we love you and pray for strength from God's loving hands.  If there is Bingo and Gambling in Heaven you know Buddy and Mamaw are having a ball!

I only recently had the privilege of knowing Curtis; to me he was just "Boss", and I never worked for or with a better man. We are all a little less for his passing, but heaven has received one of its shining lights!

My Uncle Buddy, I will hold my memories with you in my Heart Forever. I will always remember how excited you would get when you where in a room of fun and happiness.....sliding your hands together real fast and always smiling. My first trip to Mexico when you had to get on to me for giving the children money. Also our trip to Hawaii and of course anytime you came to visit in Alabama. I will be on my way tomorrow to see you one last time but you will live forever in my heart.  Angie

Uncle Buddy was the funniest uncle ever.  We had so much fun playing cards at Mamaw's during the holidays.  The greatest surprise was you and Aunt Anne coming to N.C. for my wedding.  I love you so much and I am praying for comfort and peace for the family.
