n February 24, 1961, Curtis Hines, Jr. was born to parents Curtis Hines Sr. and Jane Hines in Houston, Texas.
Curtis received his education from Sam Houston High School and worked as a farmer for over 25 years.
Curtis was joined in union with Gloria Hines on February 23, 1994. In this union, they shared two children, Jasmine Hines and Davonta Tripeaux, Sr.
Curtis departed this life on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
He was preceded in passing by his parents Curtis Hines, Sr. and Jane Jones, and brother Alan Polk.
He leaves to share his memories with wife Gloria Hines, son Davonta Tripeaux, Sr., daughter Jasmine Hines, grandchildren Natasha Tripeaux and Davonta Tripeaux, Jr., sisters Doris Adams, Linda Hines, Brenda Hines, and Gracie Hines, uncle Herbert Hines, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
