Connie Padron Acevedo passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. She was born on May 20, 1937 in Houston, Texas. She was greeted in Heaven by her husband Nelson Acevedo, her Father, Joe Angel Padron, Sr., Mother Josephine Moreno Padron, Step-Mother, Rosie L. Padron, Brother Joe Angel Padron, Jr and wife Blanche and brother Benjamin Padron. She is survived by her siblings, Josie Ramos (Steve), Peter Padron (Becky), Ester Rodriguez (Peter), Ramon Padron (Brunilda), Abraham Padron (Angie), Rebecca Ybarra (Mike), Andrea Flores (Daniel), Priscilla Padron and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Connie graduated from Latin American Bible Institute in 1975. She spent her life in service to our Lord. She loved music and singing to the Lord.
A visitation for Connie will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
