Clarence A. Miller, age 73, of Katy, Texas, formerly of Augusta ME, passed away January 2, 2021 at home with his family by his side. Clarence “Butch” known by family was born on July 28, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Clarence R. and Genevieve Miller.
Butch served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and built a career as an engineer in the nuclear power sector.
He is survived by three daughters, two sons, seven grandchildren, eight siblings, along with many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his beloved bride, brother, mother and father, parents in-law and sister in-law.
Butch will be laid to rest with Military Honors on January 29, 2021 at Houston National Cemetery, Houston Texas.
A Celebration of Life mass will be held at a later date at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair, Michigan.
There are few words to appropriately describe his caring, generous nature, and convey his impact made to those who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners Hospital for Children may be made in memory of Clarence A. Miller.
