She attended Wheatley High School where she was on the volleyball team and graduated in 1964. She then attended Texas Southern University before getting married to Albert Stewart and starting a family. There were two children born to this union, Shurron and Joseph. She later married Eddie Richardson and they had a son, Taurus.
Our mother worked in home healthcare until she retired. She loved going to the casinos, watching soap operas and “The Wheel of Fortune” was her favorite. She loved her family and would call daily.
Preceding her in death is her brother Clarence Clemons, her mother Charlie Lee Clemons and her father Collins Clemons.
She leaves to mourn her memory, a brother James Clemons (Alveta), her daughter Shurron (Rick), and two son’s Joseph and Taurus (Tonya), five grandson’s Erick Roberson, Joseph Stewart II, Taurus Richardson, Jr., JoVanni Stewart, and Antuan Richardson. One great-grandson, a great granddaughter on the way. And a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Our brother took care of her every need and for that we are grateful. Freddrickia thank you for your help and for being there for our brother.
