Cindy, I am so happy that you have now been healed from that terrible cancer and are now in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ.  However I grieve that we will no longer have your presence here with us.  You fought that cancer with tremendous courage and grace, always desiring to glorify God.  What a testimony you were and continue to be to us.  I praise God for your life and the brief time that our paths crossed.  The way you faced that terrible disease with a faith that never wavered, always choosing to see the positive in everything will stay with me forever.  I continue to pray for your family during this difficult time.  I look forward to seeing you again my friend!

I knew Cindy mostly through her husband Lokson, whom I work with. They are such a devoted couple and parents. What always made an impression on me was Cindy's smile. Her smile was a reflection of her warm heart. I am happy that Cindy is finely cancer free in Heaven, but she will be dearly missed by her family and all.

Cindy, I am devastated to hear of your passing. I had absolutely no idea what you were going through. You made such a remarkable impression on my life. If it wasn't for you I would not be where I am today in Pharmacy. I will never forget us driving off to UT Austin together. Going to HEB for the first time and buying Ramen instant noodle as freshmen college students ready to take on the world. You were always such a devout Christian and you had so much love for God. I still have all of our pictures and prom photos from our senior year. This world will never be the same without you. I will keep your parents, husband and children in my prayers. Thank you for all of the memories.

Cindy, your loving heart, your courage, your steadfast trust in God, all have inspired me and will never be forgotten. Your time with us was a blessing.

Cindy, your positive attitude and steadfast faith were examples to us all.  That legacy will live on.  Until we meet again my friend...
