Christopher Ramirez Sr.

Christopher "Chris" Ramirez, 49, entered into eternal rest November 1, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends. Chris fought a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Chris was born September 9, 1966 in Houston, Texas to Jesse and Maria Ramirez. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Ramirez. Left to cherish his precious memories: mother, Maria Ramirez; son, Chris Ramirez, Jr; step-son, Jerry Mendoza; sisters: Jeanette Rubalcaba and husband Albert, Yolanda Ramirez and Melinda Castillo; niece and nephew: Alexander Ramirez, Albert Rubalcaba Jr, Adam Rubalcaba, Justin McLemore and Leslie McLemore; along with other relatives and friends. Chris was an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and a faithful employee of Nitsch Utility for 19 years. He was also a member of the Bellmar Civic Club. Chris was loved by all and will be missed. Visitation will be Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 5-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm, Friday, November 6, 2015 in the Family Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chris Ramirez's name to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 7822 Northline Dr., Hou., TX. 77037. -
