On November 19, 2022, Christine Gay Chittum passed into eternal rest. Born on January 12, 1953, she was 69 years young.
She was a graduate of Coral Gables High School, in Coral Gables, Florida. She was passionate about life and a friend to all. Friends and family gatherings were her favorite times. She loved to cook and prepare dinners for family and friends; the bigger the group, the more she enjoyed that event. Christine also loved her pets, and never hesitated to adopt, care for and dote on her adopted dogs, cats and birds.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Ethel Grosskopf. She is survived by her husband Jack, son Christopher, brother Mark Grosskopf, and many other friends and family. We appreciate the urgent actions and tender care rendered by the good medical professionals at Memorial-Hermann Southwest Hospital.
