He was raised in Mexico and came to the United States for a better life. He was fiercely independent and strong willed, he was singular in vision and carried himself with grace and strength throughout his life. He had a career in the chemical industry handling shipping and logistics. He started at an entry level position in the industry with no knowledge of chemicals and worked his way to a position where he was respected and sought for his knowledge and guidance. He devoted countless hours of his life to his career and providing for his family. He had a passion for business and a indescribable drive to succeed. He loved his friends very deeply and treated them as family. When someone was in need of help he never hesitated to be there and give them his all. Among his illustrious career there was nothing that gave him more pride than being a father. His kids were his pride and joy; he enjoyed spending time with them. He spoke about his kids to everyone he encountered always with a big smile. He was generous and kind. He was a great man.
He left us too soon and we will forever carry him in our hearts. We love you dad, friend, brother, uncle, and son.
We love you Chris!
He is survived by his son, Christian Gonzalez Jr.; and his two daughters, Linda Gonzalez and Grace Gonzalez.
