Charles Alonzo Wright

Charles was a cherished member of his community and a beloved family man. Charles graduated from Nimitz High School and attended Texas Southern University. Known for his kindness and loving nature, he was a devoted father, son, husband, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Charles had a passion

for cars and all things tech, which brought him joy and connected him with many friends who

shared his interests.

Charles is survived by his wife, Heather Wright; his children, Kyrie and Juliet Wright; his mother, Betty Toliver; his brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Ariel Murphy; his aunts, Cecil and Dot Toliver; his nephew and nieces, Z’Andre, Rosalie, and Lauryn Murphy; his cousins, Angela, Michael, Keisha and Gerard Toliver; and

a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Rosetta Toliver and Dail Gilmore, and his uncle, Louis Toliver.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will be cherished and honored by his family and friends.
