Charles is survived by: his wife of 49 years, Elizabeth; son & daughter-in-law, David and Tanya Sims, and their children, Daniel and Emily; son, Charles Lane Sims, and his daughter, Megan Swartz; great grandchildren, Alex Swartz and Lauren Swartz.The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Monday, Feb 3, 2104 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services: 2:00 PM, Tue, Feb 4, 2014 at the Earthman Resthaven Chapel. Interment services will be private.
