On January 15, 1938 Charles Frederick Rose Jr. was born to Juanita Evelyn Rose and Charles Frederick Rose Sr.. in East St. Louis, Illinois.
His life would begin as a journey hopping trains on his mother’s back, and moving from state to state on a whim. He was the oldest sibling, and loved to take his siblings fishing and impressed them with his beautiful 1958 Chevrolet Bellaire in mint condition that he bought from Art Grindle. He was a painter and a woodworker. His talents were admired by his family.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; and siblings, Janiece Ribble, Carol Bodiford and Thomas Rose. He is survived by siblings, Sharon Cole , Robert Rose, Nancy Rose; and several nieces and nephews .
He will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery .
