Baby Charles Edward Ortiz received his wings on June 18, 2017. He will always be remembered in the hearts of his parents:

David & Krystal Ortiz; big sisters: Leslie & Cameron; big brother, David; grandparents: Raymond & Lisa Duran,

Maria Hurtado and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the start of the Graveside Service at 10:30AM on Friday, June 23rd at

Forest Park Lawndale.

If planning to attend, the family has requested "light colored clothing" be worn in honor of Charlie.
