On September 8, 1952 in Mart, Texas, a son was born to Charles Moore and Lola Faye McCutcheon. They named him Charles Henry. Charles attended Anderson High School in Mart. In 1972 Charles and Barbara Brown had a precious son whom they named Datron Anthony Charles left Mart in the 1970’s and moved to Houston, Texas for a better way of life. He met and married Carol Fernell in 1975 and to that union a beautiful baby girl was born which they named LaTrese. During his work career, Charles held numerous positions in banking, healthcare, men’s retail, and most recently with Securitas Security Services (Greenway Plaza Security) in which he remained a faithful employee until his passing. Charles or (Zeke) as he was affectionately known, enjoyed spending time with family, watching and discussing sports, and most of all spending Wednesday nights eating and watching “Empire” with his mom. Although he endured a tough illness, he continued to have faith in God. Charles fought the good fight and finished his course until the Lord called him home to Glory. Preceding him in death was his loving father Charles, his maternal grandparents Henry and Juanita McCutcheon, paternal grandmother Alice Moore, step-father Talton Turner, Sr., and step-sister Regina Turner. Charles leaves to cherish his memory a dear and devoted mother Lola F. Turner, son Datron (Kenna), daughter LaTrese (Bre), grandchildren Kristian (Tichina), Kameron (Jazmin), Autumn, Summer, Winter, and Phall, great grandchildren Journee and Chance, step-brother Talton (Tracey), step-sisters Patricia (Gayron), and Kimbly, life-long friend Gary Brown, longtime friend Cynthia, and a host of family and friends.
