He was preceded in death by parents Ed and Myrtle Henton ,his wife of forty years Janella Henton, and two sons, Michael O’Brien and Thomas Henton also sister Ruth Ann Henton and brother Raymond Henton Sr.
Charlie is survived by his sister, Nelda Atkinson, and her husband, Arland; daughters, Marilyn O’Brien and Rhonda Pena; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on February 22, 2024, at Brookside Funeral Home 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039, with memorial services to follow immediately.
