Charles William Cotton, 101, peacefully made his transition into heaven on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. He was born in Rockdale, Texas on July 24, 1916 to Aaron and Mozelle Cotton.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Cotton. Mr. Cotton is survived by nieces, Tommie Israel and her husband Edward, Betty Siebeneicher and her husband Roy and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 5-8PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 10AM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
