He was born in Houston, Texas on August 15, 1956. Charles graduated from Jeff Davis High School. He would go on to marry Jo Ann Cipolla on July 4, 1981.
Charles worked as a private investigator for Monks Bonding, Macintosh Bonding, Rodrigues Bonding, and Macullam and Associates. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and had a passion for motorcycles, playing dominoes, hunting, fishing, and his family.
He is survived by his children; Matthew, Jennifer, Patrick, and Daniel, his grandchildren; Tapanga, Gohan, Corbin, Holly, Aurora, Daniel Jr., And Luke, and his brothers; Paul Cipolla, David Cipolla.
A visitation will be held at Earthman Resthaven on August 17, 2023 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. A Rosary will be at St. Gregory the Great on August 18, 2023 at 11:15AM with a Funeral service will follow at 12:00PM and a committal service after at Earthman Resthaven at 1:30PM.
