Charles' interests were Cars (driving them, fixing them, and loving them), reading the newspaper from cover to cover , and endlessly tinkering with everything he could get his hands on.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother Eunice Manchester Brown, father Francis Brown; and brother Bernard Brown. Charles is survived by his wife, Gail Brown; son Donald Brown; and son Bradley Brown; sisters Sharron Smith, Cathy Brown and brother Francis (Mickey) Brown.
Visitation for Charles will be held Friday, October 25, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. The funeral service will occur Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM in The Family Chapel, with burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
