Charles was born March 25, 1985, in Houston, Texas to Lanny Barbee and Debra Carmean. He spent his summers growing up fishing in Mississippi with his uncle Wally and his cousins and woodworking in Louisiana with his grandfather. He graduated Cypress Springs High School in 2003 and continued his education through the Local 68 Plumbers Union. He'd been working for Humphrey Company for 12 years, starting as an apprentice all the way to a foreman and made many friends. He joined Rodeo commitee; Rodeo Express from 2015 til 2022. He had recently joined the HOG group and was aspiring on joining the Los Camaradas MC. He had also helped start a truck club 3rd Coast Tundras and was also part of a 4 wheeler group called the Gorillaz on 4 Wheelaz. He was also an avid dog lover, he and his wife tried to help wherever, whenever they could.
Charles Tyler Barbee was preceded in death by his grandparents Nancy and Bernard Berot, Wallace Thurman Sr., Nina and Charles Barbee and step sister Mary Donaldson. He leaves behind his loving wife of 5 years Alaina Barbee, son Dominic Barbee, step son Valkyn Villa, parents; father Lanny Barbee and wife Sally, mother Debra Carmean and husband Chris, sister Ali Steinbrunner and husband Ryan, sister Heather and husband Chris, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Charles was an amazing man, husband, father, uncle, brother, son and friend to many and is greatly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Charles name to PETronous Rescue or The ARRC-The Animal Rehab & Rescue Center.
