NORMA, my prayers for peace and strength for you and the girls. You, the girls and James were his world. In my last conversation with Cesar, he knew of my loss, and expressed how there was no way, even through the disagreements, that he could live without you, YOU were his everything. 

To Norma, Children and Family, my prayers and condolences are being sent to you all.   May the Lord bless you and keep you in this time of sorrow, reminding you of treasured memories, and the gift of shared love.  May you feel the Lord with you, walking besides you during this time, taking your hand in the hardest times and carrying you through this life. My condolences to you and your brother’s entire family Nancy.I am praying that God lifts each one of you up in his loving  arms and gives you the peace and strength to get through this difficult time.

NORMA, My prayers go out to you and your and your family. We always joke about my husband is your husband and your husband was my husband as we shared family stories ! Although Cesar has gained his wings , I will always share Bobby with you. 
We Love you we will always be there for you and your girls.   We pray God gives you strength in the days to come and we can lean on each other in God's grace to help us get through these times.

My sweet kind hearted brother I will miss you dearly. This to me is only a temporary good-bye. I know we will all be together soon. I will miss your phone calls and your stories but I am always here too hear you tell them to me from Heaven . You lived for your family and always put their needs before yours. You where brave, and loyal to them till the end. 

I will hold on to all our memories from now and  growing up. You made me very proud to be your sister and  I will cherish your life here on earth until its my time to go. 

Rest easy knowing I am here for your girls and Mom and Dad. Your left  sudden but your legacy will live forever. I will look up and know your are watching over us.

Norma, prayers for you nd the girls.  Just remembering seeing Cesar 3 weeks ago at the bby shower. Him and Abel had a few cold ones. Hard to believe. But that man loved you and his girls and lil James. He will always be with yall. Love you 

Norma, though Cesar is physically gone his memories are forever.  May you find peace in the knowledge that he loved you and your family deeply.  Treasure every memory of him.  Please accept our deepest and most heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time.  

I will never forget the day Norma and Cesar came to my house to check my bolier and Norma told him that we went to school since 1st grade his surprised face was priceless.  He never new me but I was very grateful that they came to help... Thank you once again Cesar and Norma...prayers for strength for you Norma and your daughters.

When I think of my uncle Cesar I only have good memories. I remember when he would drive me in his truck and bring me to the house and let me play Donkey Kong on his gaming system and that was a fun treat because my older brother never let me play his video games. I remember when he would draw funny doodles of Beavis and Butthead and had them in sharpie around his place. I always loved the doodles and didn't know that when I became older it would be a funny show and something I would enjoy just as much as he did. I remember when all of his baby girls were born and was so happy to finally have cousins that were girls. He always was making everyone laugh and smile and have a good time. I am grateful for him for contributing so much to our family and being the great person I always knew. I love you Cesar and I know you are looking down on all of us with your sister. We all love you so much and miss you so much.

I'm so sorry for your loss of your husband/Dad. May deepest condolences and prayers to you and your family. May God wrap his loving arms around you and give you peace, comfort, and strength during this time. Know that he's your guardian angel watching over you.  May he rest in peace.
