Mr. Hall, the son of Cecil C. Hall and Alice Mae Martin Hall, was born on the 15th of December 1922, on the side of Houston. He was an Elder in the Presbyterian Church of Houston. He was in the Office Products Business from 1938 through 1985. In 1948 he became a salesman with the Fulton Stationery Co. In 1973 he was employed by the Wilson Business Products Co. until 1985. He was a consultant to other firms until 1933.
He attended Jefferson Davis High School and the University of Houston. He served in the United States Navy in the South Pacific (Bougainville) during World War II and the Korean War, in Japan.
He is survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial service is to be conducted at one o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 31st of May, in the Chapel of First Presbyterian Church, where the Rev. Dr. Bill Heston, Executive Pastor, is to officiate.
