Catherine A. Grawl went to be with her Lord on February 27, 2017. She was born on April 26, 1931 in Houston, Texas to parents Margaret and Carl Allen. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Edward Grawl Jr.. She is survived by her five children, Ed Grawl and wife Laurie, John Grawl and wife Charlotte, Venta Lee, Mary Alexander, William Grawl; six grandchildren, Jessica Alexander, David Alexander, Michael Lozon, Avian Sullivan, Shelley Gannon, Kate Kim; and five great grandchildren, Dakota Alexander, Ashlyn Alexander, Chase Adrian, Ruby Gannon, and Zoe Sullivan.
The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM; and a funeral service at 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 702 E. Houston St., Cleveland, Texas 77327; followed by a private burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
