Carrie Lou Moreland, 71, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on November 8, 2011. She was born in LaFeria, TX on February 16, 1940. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Billy H. Moreland, and her beloved Mother and Father, Charlie and Irene Seligmiller. She is survived by daughters: Dianna Marie Terry of San Diego, CA and Patricia Ann Callaway of Katy, TX, step grandchildren, Dustin and Denton Callaway of Katy, TX, sister, Ernestine Weber of IL, and countless other friends and family. She will always be remembered for her youthful, adventurous spirit.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2011 in the Chapel at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079.
