Caroline lived with Her sister, Linda, these last years.  What a beautiful, talented person Caroline was.  Linda loved her so.  I know Linda will grieve deeply with this loss as will rest of the family and those who knew her here at Oaks of Woodlake.

Angie, Holly and Michelle, your mom was so special to me. She was truly like a second mom and never hesitated to treat me just like she treated you, her own daughters, by telling me exactly what she thought! There were times in my life where I needed to hear exactly what she was saying to me! She was a wonderful, loyal friend to my mom, and I will never forget it. She was such an elegant person, always beautifully dressed and such a lovely lady. I know she has been reunited with my mom and Blake, and that brings me peace. I hope it brings you all peace, too. So many of my great "Quail Valley" memories  include this beautiful , warm, and fun lady, (Blake, the girls,  and the girl's girls too). I know she's is in good company now, but a little piece of my heart went with her.  Her love, friendship , and support will never be forgotten. I am honored to have known and loved , Sweet Caroline.

She was a true ray of sunshine. She was the classiest, most inspirational woman I knew. I am so glad I have the memories I have with her, they will forever be in my heart.

Caroline was my aunt and I have fond memories of growing up with our families spending time together when we all lived in Atlanta when I was very young. She was such a beautiful and elegant woman, and she and my mother shared a special friendship that I always admired. I had not seen in her many years but did get to see her the last time she visited NC, and she was as lovely and fun as ever. I am so glad to have had that time with her and have that memory of her. I know she will be greatly missed, especially by her daughters and grandaughters, and all her friends and family. I am thinking of you all during this difficult time. Sending much love and light.

She was a beautiful lady with an angelic smile…and she always showed up looking like a million bucks! She was always so classy..but she  She didn’t mind fighting  you for the purse she wanted at the annual Christmas party.. i loved that about her.  

I loved being around her. 
She will be missed. 



Looking back to when I was young I wanted to be just like mom. She and I had so many great memories! Just a few of my favorites;
Laredo trips with mom, Martha and Kim 

Galleria trip to spend our time in “Lilly Ruben”
Trying on so many way too expensive items, mom being served wine, and I was trying on the hats!  We would get home and dad would say “what did you buy Caroljne” nothing Blake those bags belong to Angie 
Christmas cooking fudge, pralines, forgotten cookies and more 
So many more. I miss ya so much mom

Caroline was a lovely person in every way. But, even more than I admired her style and grace and devotion to her family, she was more fun to be with than almost anyone I’ve ever known. I have missed her company the past few years. We were at one time martini loving partners in some wonderful evenings.  Here’s to you, Caroline—you will be forever missed.
