We regretfully announce the passing of Carolyn Miller of Cypress, TX on July 28th, 2023. Carolyn was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
She was brought into this world on June 15, 1936 and passed away at the age of 87. She was predeceased by her brother JD Lydick and her husband John Miller. She is survived by her son Mike Miller.
Carolyn was a loving and dedicated mother. She selflessly gave her time and energy to being a mother to her son Mike. She was a den mother for him in scouts, kept score at his baseball games and was an Uber before Uber was a thing.
Carolyn was a loving wife to her husband John for 59 years until his passing in 2014. They both had a passion for Scouting and for travel.
After John’s passing, she continued to live in Tulsa and enjoyed life with her friends. As she got older, she moved to Cypress Texas to be closer to her son Mike.
Carolyn loved people and was a joy to everyone that visited with her. She took pride in always having her candy bowl full and place to talk with her friends.
