Our mother walked this earth with dignity and grace plus an inner strength that defined here generation. She was a fighter and a role model to all her friends and family. Like many in her generation, she believed in honor and integrity and coached everyone to always do the right thing. She never had a harsh word to say about anyone. And, always looked at the bright side of things. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She loved gatherings with friends and family and always made sure we had fun. Her famous/infectious giggle will surely be missed by everyone that knew her. She is now in the loving arms of her mother and father in Heaven – Jean and Margaret Hollis. We love you always and forever mom.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father – Margaret and Jean Hollis. She is survived by her sister, Betsy Davis and husband Dennis, Son’s Scott and Gregg, Daughters in law Mary and Gina, Nieces Shelly Van Doren, Shannon Stroder and Karry Ballinger, Grandchildren Jake, Jessica, Paul, Charlie, Matthew and wife Sarah and Great Grandchildren Kade and Oliver.
