Carol Jan Farnham

On the 21st of June, Carol passed away in her home in Houston.

Carol was born in Houston's Memorial Hospital on August 17, 1947. She was the first of two children born to Stan and Norine Farnham.

Carol was a life-long-resident in the Houston area and spent her formative years in Oak Forest Subdivision. In her childhood, she studied modern dance at Patsy Swayze's dance studio. In 1965, Carol graduated from S.P. Waltrip High School in Houston. From 1965 to 1967, she attended Blinn College in Brenham. In the 1970s and 1980s, she worked as a receptionist at Words and Things, a graphic art studio. After working ten years as an administrative technician, Carol retired from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Carol was married to Robert Stebler Hulett Jr., the father of her son, Seth. She had a second marriage to Billy Rider.

Carol was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Earl Farnham and her mother, Norine Jeannette Farnham.

Carol is survived by her son, Seth Stebler Hulett; her daughter-in-law, Linda Avery Hulett and two grandchildren, Jessica Genelle Hulett and Robert Richard Hulett. She is also survived by her brother, Fred Everett Farnham.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home in Houston The service will be followed by a reception at the funeral home.
