Carmen attended La Concordia Catholic School as well as UST where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacology and began her career as a pharmacist. Carmen married the love of her life, Tomas Tapacio on February 28, 1954 at the justice of peace in Quezon City and was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Church.
Carmen’s family described her as being loving, strong willed, organized, and having a good sense of humor. She enjoyed going to different restaurants. She enjoyed listening to Perry Como and Frank Sinatra.
Carmen was preceded in death by her father, Catalino Nuval; her mother, Virginia Santos; her brothers, Cresendo Nuval, Agusto Nuval, and Armando Nuval; her sisters, Josephine, Remedios, and Gloria; and her grandson Atio.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband, Tomas; her son Robert and wife Marilyn; her daughters, Tess and husband Reed, and Minnie and husband Toti; her brothers Larry and Emy; and her sisters, Precy and Lulu; Grandchildren, Chizene (Bon), RK, Clarissa, Catrina & Nicole and Great Grand Children; Barron and Olivia.
