Carmen C. Gomez

Carmen C. Gomez, was born Oct. 3, 1945 and passed away on Sept. 17, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonardo and Guadalupe Cano, loving husband of 33 years, Homero G. Gomez and sisters, Esther Caballero and Virginia Avalos. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Brigette M. Rodriguez and husband Dilio, Jr.; grandchildren: Jonathan H. Gomez (Talina Sanchez), Desiree N. Rodriguez, Dilio Rodriguez III, and Bianca G. Rodriguez; great grandchildren: Jonathan H. Gomez, Jr. and Jenalee M. Gomez; sisters: Mary Rodriguez, Olivia Velesquez and husband Sam, Raquel Navarro, Yolanda Mendoza and husband Jesse; brothers: Leonard M. Cano and wife Dolores, Richard M. Cano and wife Carmen, and Rudy Cano, Sr.; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6pm-8pm with a rosary to be recited at 7pm on Friday, Sept. 19, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:30am on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014 at Assumption Catholic Church 901 Rose Ln. Houston, Tx 77037. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
