He was born on October 18, 1958, to Tadeo and Juanita Cedillo. He is preceded in death
by his parents, brother David Cedillo, sister Maria Sabina Cedillo.
Carlos is survived by sisters Olivia, Hermelinda and Gloria and his brothers Albert (Robert) and
Richard Cedillo.
