Murph I can't believe you have been gone a year. I imagine by now you and Grandma Remy have caught up on many hands of cards and she's beat you every time. We've gained several new Angels.  Please continue to watch over all of us as God continues to heal us. The Lord is Our Shepherd and We Shall Not Want....

Murph you were the greatest stepdad and will be greatly missed. I have the first memory of you when you and mom were dating and you made me and my sister the BIGGEST Happy Birthday sign and had it waiting for us in the front yard. You did everything you could to make us feel included. Candace and Vanessa were like real sisters to me. We literally grew up together. I hate that we all lost contact. Life flies by like the flicker of a candle. You were always in my thoughts and I hate that I did not know of your passing or I would have been there for the girls who I miss at the funeral. It goes to show how important family is. Murph we have anew Angel in Heaven and I know you will watch over all of us. I hope to make contact with the girls because they truly are family and we all now have kids that deserve to meet. You brought us all together. Rest in Peace Murph. I love you and the girls.

I remembered uncle Carey from when I was a lot younger, we always lived too far away to really get to know one another excluding the cousins I never knew. I thought of the family often and would of loved to have been closer but that never happened. My prayers are with you all and I know he will be missed, his distant neice, carla ann murphy hammons

I will always remember Mr. Murphy as being nice, fair and professional! He was a great role model for us who aspired, at the time, to become Special Agents. My thoughts and prayers are with the Murphy Family. May Mr. Murphy rest in peace!

I worked with Murph in Houston and we visited after retirement. I will always remember his ability to handle any situation with authority and humor. He taught me so much. You will be missed, my dear friend.
